Please read all the materials and specifications detailed in the product descriptions.
QUE does not guarantee that our jewellery will not cause allergies due to metal components. Discontinue the use of jewellery immediately if you experience any allergic symptoms and consult your physician. QUE will not be held accountable for any allergic reactions experienced and will not offer refunds or exchanges in these situations. We are normally able to produce the same piece with alternative metals to avoid allergic reactions. Please contact us before purchasing with your specific needs.

All QUE products, prices and content including our terms and conditions depicted on this website are subject to change at anytime without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue QUE (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. However, we will do everything in our control to fulfill all orders in process already in process for which we have received payment.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the photos and descriptions of our products including the colours however the material on this site is provided for guidance only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. While most of our customers are satified with their purchases, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We will never charge you without delivering the product you have ordered.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on QUE website are in Euros (EUR) are presently exclude VAT as we are exempt. Please note that delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted for each product.
At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full price to secure your order.
You can choose to do so by either PayPal and the use of credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account or Revolut and can also do Bank Transfer through Revolut.
PLACING AN ORDER, ORDER CONFIRMATION & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Please follow the checkout instructions to place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure all order information you have entered or selected is accurate, including but not limited to quantities selected and shipping addresses. Once we have received the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance by QUE, we will first confirm the order by sending you a Delivery Confirmation’ via e-mail. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email Order Confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the delivery of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order. Any orders cancelled by us will be fully refunded when payment has already been made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from us.
DELIVERY LIMITATIONS
When an order is placed, it will be delivered to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that address is compliant with the delivery restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a delivery contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost delivery.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Maltese law. This means a contract for the purchase of products through our website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by Maltese law. You and we both agree to that the courts of Malta, Europe will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
We do not warrant that products on the website are appropriate or available for use outside Malta, even if we have delivered them to you. It is prohibited to access the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this website from locations outside Malta where access is restricted, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
